鍛煉方法：兩人分別在轉輪兩側向對方相反的用力方向推動轉輪邊緣，以相互較力鍛煉上肢肌肉；或一人在轉輪邊緣以鍛煉自身臂力。
警      告：1.兩人使用時任何一方不能突然松手；
                 2.禁止16歲以下兒童使用；
                 3.禁止擰掉緊固件；
